I recently bought this machine on E-bay and would like to find out more information. I don't even know the name of the machine!

If you can help, please use the link at the bottom to e-mail me. Thanks!

Things I Know

  • According to KLOV, Superior Products Co. made three machines in the '30s: Marbelous, Superior Pool, and Vendomat. KLOV says "There is no known listing for this game in any of the standard reference books, but it does appear on a list of games made from 1931-1939 which was published in the January 1940 issue of the Coin Machine Journal." My guess would be Marbelous.

  • The cabinet was made by Churchill Cabinet Company, which makes all of Stern's cabinets. They also put out their own games under Chicago Gaming Company.

  • This game has been modified to remove the coin mechanism. The reset arm was also replaced as was the door to the coin box.

  • The scores were changed after the playfield was painted. The new scores are decals over the old scores. One is flaking off and you can see the old score under it.

  • The dimensions are 37" high by 20" wide by 40" deep.
